Great opening, lackluster performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The first half an hour of this fragrance is spectacular. Warm, enveloping, sweet citrus, with a hint of wood to give it structure. Certainly feels more mature than most of the previous One Million releases, so it makes sense that they'd try to distance this one a little bit by slightly changing the name. Million Gold is a lovely overall scent, but 4 hours in I can barely detect anything unless I bury my face in my arm. The projection is definitely on the softer side on my skin. However, if you want a refined scent for quick outings that anyone will love, this is a great option. Note that I sprayed myself about 10 times with the small sample. I did that each day for 2 days, and both days produced the same result. Engaging scent, I just wish it had more presence and lingered longer on my skin
