Not worth it

I gave this liner another try after being disappointed in the past... unfortunately, my opinion hasn't changed. It is not waterproof - I went to an outdoor wedding and though I didn't actually cry, there was a bit of wind and it caused my eyes to water a little. The liner went all over my lid and destroyed my wing. I hadn't tried it in years since, but thought I would try the mini. Mistake... It dries out incredibly fast, the tip gets oddly sticky and will tug on your lid and remove any already applied product. And it still didn't last. Even with a primer, the liner ended up smudging all over my lid.

The only eyeliner I’ll ever stay loyal to. I’ve tried everything and nothing has compared or beat the ease of application and the staying power this has.
