Disappointing

It’s not user error, it’s the product. I barely rolled it up after I saw how soft it was and it still broke in half. Before it broke, it would often leave tiny pieces of gel on my face. Such a waste of product and money, it’s way too soft. I wish the consistency was more like the Cooling Under eye stick. So disappointing!

absolute garbage, I used it and it fell off onto the floor,tried to salvage it but it leaves little clumps of product on your skin..very disappointed
