Amazing Eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this eyeliner! It's very versatile and I can use it for my upper or lower liner. Packaging is great because it's retractable and I love that there is a brush on the other end. It doesn't fade and is pretty long wear. Pigmented and very black which is very on brand with other Urban Decay products.
