So moisturizing!

Best Conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always loved the Don’t Despair Shampoo but avoided using conditioner as in the past any conditioner I used made my hair flat and oily. This conditioner I recently tried and it works! My hair is smooth and healthier looking and surprisingly it is not flat!
