Favourite eyeliner

My favourite eyeliner. Usually my eyeliner gets a mess and spreads under my eyes but this one doesn’t!!! I have hooded eyes and the tip is perfect for going thin where I want and doing a styled wing when I want. Formula is great too, it doesn’t budge!! Doesn’t dry out quick either!!!

It’s nice at first, but after using felt tip for a while it starts to ball up. Dries out kinda fast. I’d honestly would rather stick to drugstore eyeliner.
