I'm not sure were all of the 5 star responses are coming from, because this is neither "longwear" or waterproof, at least not when it comes to applying it to the waterline. I only gave it 2 stars because maybe it works great on other areas, but since it markets towards "waterline longevity", I have to say it's a huge miss.

Sleek but Savage

This eyeliner is everything. It glides on effortlessly, the black is super bold and intense, and once it sets, it does not move. I wore it all day and it stayed sharp without smudging or fading. Soft glam on the outside, but this liner definitely has a fierce edge. I will absolutely be repurchasing.
