IT FEELS LIKE SAND

Love the color but why is it SO GRAINY AND GRITTY IT FEELS LIKE SAND ON THE LIPS I hate this product don’t buy not worth your money

Amazing color, opacity, hydration, and gloss! BUT..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip balm has everything it needs for crusty lips like mine!! Genuinely, my lips are sooo dry but this lip balm takes care of that! It also lasts such a long time. It feels great and isn't sticky. The consistency is just right. BUT.. unfortunately with the Blackberry color, its VERY grainy 😭 I've tried melting it and cooling it, which works but it definitely gets back to its grainy texture. For comparison, the clear color has no grainy feeling, but i think the pigmented ones do :( I probably won't repurchase again due to the grainy feeling, but if they reformulate then i will DEFINITELY buy again!! It's probably in my top 5 lip balms of all time.
