New Formula Sucks

This used to my go to eye liner. Unfortunately, they changed the formula and now it’s awful. It bleeds like none other ALL DAY.

Quality has gone abruptly downhill

Unfortunately, the reviews are correct. While the color is still excellent, the quality of this, my favorite eye liner has abruptly gone downhill. Upon touching the tip to my lid, it immediately bleeds. I'm a bit shocked because I've experienced this with cheap eye liners but never with Kat Von D. I'm sending back for a full refund.
