Disappointing – super drying and the color is way off I was really excited to try this Anastasia lipstick after seeing the beautiful swatches online, but it was a big letdown. The formula is extremely matte — like, painfully drying. Within an hour my lips felt tight, flaky, and uncomfortable. I had to reapply lip balm underneath just to make it wearable, which defeats the purpose of a long-wear matte lipstick. Even worse, the color in real life is nothing like the picture. It pulled much warmer/orange-toned on me than the cool, vibrant shade shown online. It looked completely different from what I expected and didn’t flatter my skin tone at all. For the price, I expected better performance and accuracy in the photos. Sadly, I won’t be repurchasing.
