Your lips will burn, a lot, especially with the Extreme Heat. However, 1) Tabasco is amazing, and 2) it makes lips plump!! I love Tabasco. So as a novelty item, these lip glosses are a delight. If your delicate, don't go past the jalapeno green

Too painful

It burns so bad. It started as a nice minty tingle, but became a painful burn in a minute. It’s so bad I do t think I can wear it again. It’s a nice gloss and a pretty pink, but they need to dial down that spice
