Not that waterproofy

It says it's waterproof but it's not, it doesn't run but it leaves little lumps and gives you panda buckets at the end of the day. Very difficult to remove even with sephora's waterproof make-up remover.

Not Waterproof, not long wearing. Put it on in the morning ends up on my under eye by lunch if not sooner.
