Clumpy and flaky :(

Super clumpy. Not waterproof. Flakes everywhere! Not worth bothering at all. Very disappointed.

I've only had this product a few months and it it became VERY clumpy in the tube. Like I had to literally scrape the wand off because I couldn't even see the brush. Very disappointed..
