NARS Climax liquid eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite eye liner! No smudges. Doesn't run. Very easy to use! My sister now uses it, and loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this eyeliner is very easy to apply, but it deisnt last longer than a couple of hours. I used it over eyeshadow, and then i uned makeup fixer, the result was the same. my skin isn't oily.
