Mother palette

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t expect to get attached to an eyeshadow palette, but here we are. This one somehow became my mother palette. The one I reach for without thinking, the one that makes everything else feel a little unnecessary. The shades are soft but not boring, like they understand lighting better than I do. The shimmers are that quiet kind of pretty that doesn’t scream for attention but still gets it. And the mattes blend like they’ve already made peace with your eyelids. It’s the rare palette that makes you look put together even when you’re not. Effortless, a little indulgent, and annoyingly reliable. Five stars, because now I judge the rest against it and most of them don’t stand a chance.
