I bought this because my other one is super old. I used this before but I don’t recall it being so dry. I put it on and it is not infact waterproof and I was able to wipe it off. I was hoping it wasn’t so easy to take off but it is. Not sure if it’s worth keeping long or returning it. I will not buy this again.
