More like a serum than a toner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product has a clean light scent and feels very lightweight on the skin. I would compare this toner to a serum more than a toner because it has a thicker consistency. I use this product when my skin is feeling dry and it does not cause any stinging or redness.
