Smells great just doesn't seem effective

As someone who loves Kerastase products, I was thrilled to try this product especially since its summer and my hair is unruly. The packaging is lovely and looks cute on my countertop but I'm not sure that's enough to ever repurchase this. It smells amazing and leaves my hair looking glossy, but it does not reduce the frizz which is why I purchased it in the first place. I have tried this several ways as I thought it might be user error- damp hair, dry hair, etc. but have had no luck getting rid of my frizz. I probably will not be repurchasing this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I LOVE the scent! Such a great leave in moisturizer for your hair. This takes away the frizz and leaves your hair super shiny and silky. I hate that this is so expensive though.
