Left my hair so dry

I was excited to try this because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, this does not live up to the hype. I've tried it a few times and each time I've used it (as directed), my hair ends up dry and dull, especially at the ends. This is not even a good substitute for everyday conditioner, let alone a hydrating hair mask. My tried and true of all high and low end brands is Pantene Miracle Rescue and I'll be sticking with that. This honey gloss does have a lovely smell, I'll give it that.

Smells good, but very deceiving. I would put it in my hair and chunks of my hair would come out as I was rinsing it out. I thought it was user error so I continued to try it different times, and still, every my har would fall out so much time I used it
