I used to use Loreal shampoo and conditioner it was really good for my hair. But I wanted to try something better and clean. I bought this kit but 1000 ml one, It made my scalp and hair super dry. Ughhh even my body got itchy. Wasted my money

Makes Hair Fall Out

I have been using this shampoo and conditioner combo for years, and absolutely loved them. But they must have changed their formula over the past year, because a few weeks ago when I restocked my shampoo/conditioner, I started noticing significant hair loss. My hair was falling out in clumps in the shower. I couldn’t figure out the issue until I changed shampoo and conditioner brands. Since I stopped using this product, my hair is not falling out any more. After going through other reviews, it seems hair loss is a significant issue with this product. I would not return to this product after that experience.
