Waste of money

I do not recommend this product. I initially thought I'd like how smoothly this product was to apply. Things changed when turning the dial to get more product, nothing happened. I've read other reviews and discovered others have had the same problem. Apparently nothing is being done to resolve the issue. There is probably 3\4 of the eye liner left and I can't get to it.

I love how intense the color was, I wish it was more smudge/waterproof. Overall great product
