Disappointed. Dry and not smooth.

I was very disappointed in this eyeliner. A week after I opened it, it became dry and didn't go on smoothly, and would skip when applying. So line wouldn't would be spotty. And it formed a little ball at the end, so it doesn't create a fine line (see photo). And no, I didn't leave it open. I usually use Artliner and thought I'd give this one a try. Was a waste of money for me, because two weeks after using it, I'm already looking to buy a different product to use.

So easy to use!

This liner is perfect for those of us who have trouble drawing a straight line. It is so precise and easy to use. I love it.
