[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner is a great budget product. Very very black and not much issues with it moving around. It does exactly what a black eye liner needs to do.

Not a keeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sticking around. This eyeliner is too dry and not blendable enough. It is easy to sharpen because of how stiff it is, but that’s about the only positive besides the color
