Meh

I really love the colors this eyeliner comes in so I was quite excited. However I found it annoying to use, a little dry, and I think it even irritated my eyes a little. I'm very sad but I'm going to have to give this one a PASS.

Not Waterproof

Eyeliner looks good and mostly stays put once dry. There is some transfer on hooded eyes. It’s definitely not waterproof.
