Packaging is terrible but I like the product.

I like the consistency of the eyeliner, goes on very smooth and pigmented. My biggest issue is with the packaging. When I was putting on the eyeliner I put the cap on the end of the pencil. I tried taking it off and the whole end piece and sharpener came off and are now stuck inside the cap. I have no idea how I can get them out. The other issue I have is how the liner is not retractable. It comes out fine, but you can't retract the liner back into the pencil. I went too far when trying to get out more eyeliner and now it's stuck and I can't retract it. I ended up breaking it off and now I'm stuck with a bunch of excess eyeliner I can't put back. It's a shame the packaging is so terrible because I do like the consistency of the gel.

Good product but….

I really like how it applies but after a few uses you need to reorder a new pencil because it’s all used up. Good product but not for everyday use.
