Did not like

After using this product for less than a week it dried out and the cap did not stay on which made my area a mess would not recommend

Not at all water proof as described

This eyeliner does not live up to the smudge proof/ water proof description. In only 15 minutes, this eyeliner had started to run below the skin and looked so bad. Would not recommend this formula.
