Unsturdy packaging , cheap and not worth

I was initially impressed with the sample of the MAKEUP BY MARIO Soft Sculpt™ Shaping Stick I received from Sephora, so I decided to purchase the full size. Despite reading several negative reviews, I chose to ignore them — unfortunately, that was my mistake. The packaging is extremely disappointing. At first, the stick was wobbly (as many reviewers had mentioned), and now the product is completely stuck. I have to dig it out with a brush because it won’t twist up. For the price, neither the packaging nor the product feels worth it. Very disappointed.
