Decent volume but dries out hair

I’ve been using this volume spray for a while now. It’s a mixed bag. On one hand, it does provide a decent volume when sprayed into roots, so it does do its job pretty well. However, it significantly dries out hair & can even lead to damage if used consistently. I’m also not a fan of Amika’s signature powdery scent, it’s quite overpowering and overwhelming. After testing this spray, I now use it as “emergency volume fix” only when I really need it, and until I finish the current package. Unfortunately, the damage caused by this spray is simply not worth it. I will not repurchase & I would advise against using this spray on a daily or even weekly basis.

Smells Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Products smell amazing. I’m not a huge fan of the shampoo and conditioner bottle design. Seems like it would be hard to get product at the bottom. Not sure if it volumizes but I’d use it for a regular wash day.
