My all-time favorite magnesium!

It gives me the most consistently restful, deep sleep, where I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day - never groggy or wanting to stay in bed. I can’t say enough good things about this product; it’s an absolute staple in my nighttime routine!

Bought this for my teen son to help with breakouts and he's enjoying using it. It hasn't irritated his skin and his skin appears a bit calmer after a couple of weeks use.
