Nice but not amazing

It's very nice on the skin, but I don't feel it's as good as mattifying as some other brands. I usually use Nars soft matte primer and I feel that's better at mattifying. I've used this under Dior forever matte, and Haus labs foundation and it hasn't pilled, and it does look lovely. It doesn't do much for texture as I have pitted acne scars but it does give a slightly blurred effect for me. I did have extremely high hopes for this as it's expensive. I will continue to use it because it is nice but just not amazing.
