Not pigmented enough and started to have a patch

I have had this product for about 4 to 3 weeks and the packaging is really nice, but I feel like the pigmentation isn’t there. I am a very pale to pink undertone person and when I tried it on in the store, the sample seemed good when I bought one and tried it at home it wasn’t pigmented at all and it’s starting to have this dry patch in the middle. That’s supposed to be like a cream I guess but nothing comes out of it and there’s absolutely no pigmentation. It looks white. It doesn’t fit my skin colour and it’s very messy but the packaging is really nice so I’ve never had a problem with it. I love the reflecting Patrick tall look I really like it, but the pigmentation isn’t there and I’m a pale person so it should be in the shade I had is India son, which is supposed to be the lightest shade cause all the other shades were a little bit too dark for me again the sample was amazing. It looked OK. I was really excited to have a fancy beauty product, but it doesn’t look for pigmented at all and I just don’t get why so this is why I’m returning it.

Shatters Easily

Good color that blends well but it only lasts a few months before it shatters. I’ve gone through 2 and same story for both.
