No Glow for Fair Neutral or Very Fair Cool Skin

I so badly wanted this to work but I LATHERED this on with both a brush, cotton pad, and hands and could not get any effect. I have fair neutral (Bisque by hourglass) skin and this did not give the golden glow. My friend with very fair cool skin (Stone by Hourglass) also could not see a visible difference except a slight yellow color that made the skin dull.

Pretty but breaks me out

Gives my skin a beautiful glow but I break out the next day wherever it was applied and even though it’s beautiful I don’t think it is worth the cost.
