Didn't like the packaging

The product is fine and formula is OK, although on my pigmented lips it looks more purply so I wasn't a big fan of this shade. My issue is the applicator and packaging. When you're closing it and putting the applicator back in it bounces back up so you need to put a bit of pressure to close this. As someone who has arthritis I just found this packaging irritating. Also it's not completely round so the edges on the flat side can sometimes dig into your skin when trying to open and close the applicator. I know they try to make the brand accessible for people with disabilities but I didn't feel that with this product :(
