A Solid Setting Powders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Longwear Setting Powder from BzzAgent to try, and I’ve been using it a couple weeks now. I get the hype. It’s really finely milled and feels super light on the skin. It sets my makeup without making it look heavy or cakey. I like how it slightly blurs my pores and keeps my T-zone from getting shiny during the day. The translucent shade also truly disappears and doesn’t leave any white cast in photos. A little goes a long way too. The only thing that I didn’t love was that I have to make sure my skin is really well moisturized. I feel like this is true with most powders; they cling to dry spots. It doesn’t sink into my fine lines which is a win. Overall it makes my makeup look smoother and last longer. It is a solid setting powder.
