Great toner

I wanted a toner that wasn't exfoliating / didn't really have any actives in it, to soothe my skin, and this is perfect. It is a touch oily but that's what I was after. Something to re-hydrate my skin after cleansing and give a moisture layer before creams, etc. My skin feels smoother and sturdier since I've been using this. I will warn that it does make you a little shiny, but I use face powder after.
