Good lip pencil

Not too bad for a liner. Hydrating and smooth enough. Easily worn without lipstick too.

I have been using these liners for about 12 years. They come off on my skin, drinking glass, food, you name it. The only reason I keep buying these is the colors. Some are incredibly drying others are creamy like a lipstick, the reds bleed, but none stay put.
