Strange smell, burns my eyes

This product has a strange odor. I would not recommend for removal of eye makeup.

I don’t wear heavy makeup on a regular basis and wear extremely limited if any eye makeup as I do lash extensions and am not trying to overwash them. Anyway, I use this is a step 2 after the Clinique micellar wipes to remove tinted sunscreen and bronzer. I’ve almost always soap and water washed my face after this. I wouldn’t say it should be frequently used as a non-rinse formula as it leaves a slight film but you could probably get away with using it without rinsing for a couple days.
