I have thin, sensitive, highly reactive, mid-menopausal hormonal, acne form rosacea, oily skin. I've tried so many exfoliators and this is the only one that doesn't leave me feeling tight, sore, or stingy. It's so gentle yet leaves my skin feeling the smoothest I've ever felt. I use it 2x week in shower and as it migrates down my neck and chest I get more bang for my buck. After massaging it all over I leave it on for maybe 2 min. Very noticeable improvement with texture and oxidated blackhead surfaces ie my skin looks clearer. A little goes a long way.
