Super Silky, yet Snug Turban

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to give this a go since it’s made of silk, looks super soft, and ought to be very premium quality for the steep price. It’s not my first time trying a turban to help protect my aging hair, especially since it’s very long, therefore easily twists and tangles with all the tossing and turning while I sleep. I think the provided space in this particular turban is okay, but not great; I have long medium thickness hair and could see more space needed, and it could really be too tight for those with more voluminous and/or textured hair. On the other hand, the silky material is perfect for my hair, and combined with a silk pillowcase, staying put while also moving effortlessly with my shifting throughout the night, so I experienced zero snagging or pulling. The issue with the previous turban was the elastic being too tight around my head and this one is a little less aggressive, but it’s still there. I’m going to keep giving it a go to see if I can learn to live with it or if it stretches out a bit over time, but I wish it was just a little more loose fitting. I did see that other people also had similar issues, so maybe offering different sizes or some adjustability would be better to accommodate more people. Clearly all our heads and hair types don’t lend themselves to a one size fits all situation. All that said, it’s the best turban I’ve tried yet, so I still recommend giving it a try if you are looking for an upgrade!

Waking up with frizzy hair isn’t a norm in my life anymore and I love it. It has an elastic back so it can fit virtually any size head, and it’s also very durable. Wonderful product!
