Too much for my hair

It is a very strong mask for my hair. I only used it once and i dont think my hair can take it. Actually i felt my hair was a bit damaged from it. I have a bit of hair loss but after the mask, i was impressed at the quantity of hair that was falling. Be aware that it is a very strong mask.
