Returning the reformulation is awful

Used to be my favorite cleanser but it’s so watery it doesn’t clean well and half the bottle went down the drain I was shocked. This is like my 10th bottle I wasn’t expecting this and I’m so sad they reformulated so I need to find something else. This now dries out my face and burns. I have a rash on my cheeks I can’t believe this.

New formula is disappointing

I have bought this for years and it has worked very well for me. The last tube I bought with their “new formula” was very watery. It just poured out of the tube. Very disappointing. Will not be repurchasing in the future
