Worst pump ever!

AQUAMARINE MELT HYDRATING GEL-BALM CLEANSER. I like this product but HATE the pump. I thought the first one might have been defected, but the second bottle was just the same. Almost impossible to extract from the pump/bottle. The “oil” separates itself from the “gel” and you will pump forever to get a decent amount in your hand. It demands a new packaging!

Pump doesn't work!!

Love the product —that is when you can get it out as the gel-based product it's supposed to be (which is almost never). But it separates and the pump is so defective that you can't ever get the product out like it's supposed to be. When I can get it out there's not enough of it to wash my face with. I'm going to try taking the whole thing apart to be able to use the rest of it. This wasn't cheap, you need to fix it.
