Save your money.

I got this for Christmas. Would not recommend for the price. The standard hairdryer does a good job (but no better than my much cheaper old one) I like the round brush the best but it rips out a lot of my hair/causes a lot of breakage compared to previous similar tools I've had. The curls from the curl wand attachments look nice for about 5 seconds before they disappear no matter what I try to get them to hold (wet hair, damp hair, dry hair, a heap of hair spray). Standard curling want or straightener does a much better job,

So disappointing

I was super excited to get one of these for Christmas from my family. I’m a huge Shark fan for a lot of their other products, so have wanted one of these for a while. I have long thick hair and other barrel brush systems work a treat on my hair. Shark was no different when I started using it, and playing around to get to know all the attachments. The hairdryer itself is amazing. My favourite tool is the barrel, but I quickly discovered the barrel keeps falling off with almost every brush! I keep burning my hands when I instinctively catch the barrel when it flicks off - those attachments are really hot - ouch! It’s now SUPER ANNOYING, to the point I am ready to return it. Really disappointing because I want to love it and keep using it, but it’s become a chore every time the brush roller flicks off. Sorry Shark, it’s a “needs more work” thumbs down on this one 🙁
