Lovely toner!

This toner is the best! Very gentle but still gives a nice exfoliation. No irritation at all and gives a lovely glow

I used this toner in the past and was extremely happy with the glow effect it had on my face. This time around, I haven’t noticed the same dramatic difference. But it’s still a good toner.
