Drying and uncomfortable

I wanted to like this because I’ve been looking for a mineral sunscreen that isn’t too drying. For something called glow screen I was hoping this would be the case. Unfortunately, after about 2 hours my face begins to feel dry and very tight. My skin is generally oily but in the winter gets more dry, if this was uncomfortable for me I think it would be worse for someone with extremely dry skin.
