Loyal Customer Disappointed by the New Direction

I’ve been a loyal customer of this product for years and have always appreciated its consistency and presentation. The recent changes to both the product and its marketing feel very different from what originally appealed to me. The new direction doesn’t reflect the same style or image that loyal customers have come to expect. I’d love to see the brand return to the classic approach that made it such a trusted favourite.
