Not the same brow pencil

Sadly, the quality has changed because the past three pencils have stopped retracting. I used to love this product and the only brow pencil I ever used because the benefit shades are too ashy on my skin tone. It used to last me like two months but recently it’s broken and I can tell the production is different because this has never happened to me before

Poor packaging good product

I was loving this product until I opened it today and all the product fell out of the stick onto the ground. The product is good but the packaging is not designed well at all.
