Do better

I have been using this product for close to 10 years and it has been my staple brow pencil. However, the quality of it has deteriorated to the point where it is almost unusable. The brush on the end snapped off within the first couple weeks of using, the lid like disintegrated and the product now just falls out. I am super disappointed to be paying this price for an terribly made product.

Why the change?

I never write reviews but I have been so disappointed by this product recently. I have been using this pencil daily for close to 5 years, but recently there has been 2 disappointing changes. First, there is much less product in the pencil - used to last me for 2-3 months and now only lasting 1 month at most. They have introduced a smaller size that is the same cost as the standard size used to be. Also, the product is falling out of the pencil making it unusable at times. Super disappointing as this used to be one of my favourites, and it’s still a great product just not economical at all anymore.
