One of my favourite eyeliners. I use it on water line though but it stays for a long time and doesn't go anywhere around face. I ordered another one.

Amazing liner

I really like this liner. The shade Noir Intense is a true rich black and it applies very smoothly without dragging on the eyelid. It lasts for hours on me, even on the waterline, and doesn’t crumble or smudge as much as many other pencils I’ve tried. Definitely feels more luxurious.
