Was excited to use these but they are all stuck together in one gel clump. Called customer care, went in store with the product. Nothing was done. The instore manager said it was probably damaged with heat during shipping. I should call customer care. Would not recommend. Bought a different more affordable brand and it’s perfect. Would not recommend this store or brand. Do better Sephora Middle East !

These were nice for my my under-eye but I noticed that too, after leaving them outside in my hot room for weeks they started smelling like cheese, I immediately popped them in the fridge.
