Terrible product
I have tried many different brands of liquid eyeliners and this one has by far been the worst. I was able to use it maybe twice without it completely drying out. The brush isn’t precise and difficult to create a clean line.

I just bought this yesterday. It was dry to put on and 5 hours later it’s all smudged under my eye even though I didn’t touch it and wore setting spray. Get stila instead.
